Is it possible to add new rate cost on existing rate record via Rate Maintenance

Hi all,

I am trying to add new rate cost to an existing rate reocrd via rate maintenance (through rate load defination process) but when i try adding the new rate cost column (in CSV file) just beside the existing one and upload the rates its giving error that you have either modified csv or added / deleted the clomuns .

Has anyone added new rate cost on same rate record with rate mainetance process . If yes please let me know if that is possible .
