R12.2.9 EBS Access Gate | Implement Custom SSO

We are in process of upgrade to EBS R12.2.9 and we would like to implement SSO. With the license agreement we can understand that we have restricted license of Oracle access manager and OID license that will help us to integrate On-premise AD but not with Azure Cloud AD.We are slowly removing on-prim AD and moving towards Azure-AD.

To fill this gap I able to write a custom servlet in EBS to azure and can read the principal email address over  Oauth2.0 or SAML protocol.

Can someone help us how to configure my custom EBS servlet in access manager act as a SSO provider end point, what should be spec ?
