Purchase order retained amount

Hi all,

We have a Blanket purchase order which was cancelled but still we see a value on the amount field in the Purchase order. When i checked one of the PO screens, i saw that amount there. Can someone please tell me how this value gets calculated.Attaching the screenshot.
