Oracle iExpense - Not Defaulting Cost Center/Department

Hi All,

I have one urgent client issue where a particular employee was trying to enter his/her expense report but expense report doesn't defaults cost center or department which should generally happen either from employee > assignment > purchase order information tab > default expense account field (cost center or department value) or some other rules or oracle workflow defaulting.

We noticed that this is happening only to this employee and not to others. This employee moved recently from one country to other country and all setups done by EBS administrators.

Please help with all possible information or thoughts to fix this issue.
