problems restoring an app from a d-1 backup

after a user request I started a recovery step-by-step which consted of:

- copy the backup of the app files
- copy the backup of data files
- clean all data on the app
- load data, which returned the following message (curiously, there is no log file in TEMP folder)

Where did I make a mistake ?
