Auto Cycle count: Less no of counts created daily.

Oracle EBS 12.2.7 : We have around 1L item in our system, all are cycle count enabled, all are assigned to a single class with yearly frequency as 1 for counting. We have the cycle count generate/schedule program scheduled daily with auto-schedule = daily. So ideally around 400 counts should be created daily.

but its only creating some 50 to 100 counts daily.
