Smartview PST file is created in Windows Documents folder after Smartview Installation

We have installed the latest Smartview Version 20.100 and noted that Smartview.PST file is created in Windows Documents folder.

This is causing sync issues with Microsoft One Drive.

Please advise on any solution to install Smartview without creating a Smartview PST file.
