SSO with Tomcat: The request has not been applied because it lacks valid authentication credentials

Hi,

we are using APEX with tomcat and SPNEGO-SSO a long time on Windows-Servers.

Now I try to use for the database- and webserver Oracle Linux, but I am not able to implement SSO. I get the following message in the browser:

HTTP Status 401 – Unautorisiert

Description The request has not been applied because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the target resource.

There are a lot of how-tos, how to implement SSO witch APEX and tomcat. I am using for this new system Oracle Linux 8, tomcat 9, ORDS 20.2 and APEX 20

I created a AD-user and tomcat.keytab-file and I am able to use it:
