Can exported Logic Groups be imported to new FDMEE locations?

Importing and exporting mappings between FDMEE locations is easy enough, but what about sharing Logic Groups between locations?
Ever since we upgraded to FDMEE 11.1.2.4.210.012, we seem to have lost the ability to export logic groups from one location and import into another location.
The best we are able to do is export the logic groups from a location, open them in Excel (as a "|" -separated file) and then manually type them into the new location, using the Excel file as a reference!
When there are dozens and dozens of logic groups to add to a location, you start to think "there has to be an easier way!".
