Automatically create Job Profiles

Hello!

We are trying to figure out a way to automatically or mass create Non Person /Job Profile for all of our job codes and pull in the job responsibilities stored in the content catalog. Has anyone done this or built a process for this? Manually creating 3500 job profiles is not feasible for our customer.
