Need to disable the button on shipping transaction forms

Hi All,

We have requirement to disable the Details button in shipping transaction forms for particular condition. We have achieved the same thru personalization however we noticed the form can still be open if we click the current record indicator i.e. Blue button at left to LPN

Could someone tell how we can disable below button i,e, Current record indicator
