ORA-03150: end-of-file on communication channel for database link on dblinks

Dblinks between OCI databases and Onprem databases are failing intermittently. Error message:"ORA-03150: end-of-file on communication channel for database link".

Please help if anyone has seen this error.

Also any idea where can we expect to see the logs?

server file path for the logs.
