Why Time Series (R3483) doesn't show BA nor EA for a given item/branch but shows for the same item b

Running R3483 for 12 Branches. The item on this question has only dependent demand. BOM set for Finish Good on Branch A and components are setting to be consumed on Branch B, which is not generating BA nor EA. The component is bought on branch A and transfer (ST/OT) for branch B in order to be consumed.
