Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I wanted to create an XML file. I found one BSFN B4303900 (Procurement XML Formatting Helper functions).

I didn't find any documentation for this function.

Can someone help me with how to use this BSFN?
