Procurement advanced pricing adjustment based on Zone

Hello All,

We would like to create an procurement price adjustment based on Zone. This field is not available by default in the grid so I added this field using form personalization. When I am defining order detail group with Zone and using it in an adjustment, the adjustment is not applied in P4310. Can somebody help me understand the use of Zone in order detail group? Our scenario is to implement procurement pricing based on district or state.
