Exchange gain/loss account

Hello, I just want to know from where the exchange gain or loss account is picked? I know that its picked from system options but there are multiple accounts to be defined there (realized gains a/c, realized loss a/c and rounding off a/c). Which account is picked for the exchange gain/loss double entry?
