Asset Category to have two depreciation rates over the useful life

I Have a requirement, where assets under a category have useful life of 15 years. The Depreciation rate to be 6.33 for 13 years and 4.68 in the last two years. How to achieve this in fixed Assets. How to configure the depreciation method for this requirement.
