We want to use seeded WEB ADI to create/load new Purchase orders in Oracle EBS. We are on 12.2.9 ver

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Our client wants to use seeded WEB ADI to create Purchase orders in WEB ADI. We have seen some notes on how to update the existing PO's (Note 2039629.1 - White Paper: Using Web ADI Spread Sheet In Buyer Work Center Orders) but it is not helping us to understand and implement a solution to use WEB ADI to create new PO's in EBS.
