Enterprise Command Centers Data Load

When you initiate a data load in the Enterprise Command Centers, data is pulled from the source eBS system and ingested into the ECC. If the source eBS system is heavily customised with form and OAF personalisations along with many descriptive flexfield sfor example, can I still bring this data into ECC and create dashboards out of the box or is it more difficult where the source system is customised?
