Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Ship-To customer is not defaulting in sales order form

Hi All,

we have seeded defaulting rule for Ship-To enabled.

Ship-To details are not getting Defaulted when Sold to (Customer )details are entered in sales order form.

However Bill-To customer details are getting defaulted .

Any pointers on this would be highly helpful.
