Automatic population of Non stock line on Sales order as other Charges

Hi,

Is there any way to populate a non-stock item line automatically on Sales order. Lets Say, I have entered Sales order for  a stock item A with quantity 1 for a price of 500 USD. To cover other fixed charges/Variable charges to ship material to customer, we want to invoice other charges of USD 50 to customer as a separate non-stock line. Is there any standard functionality available in JDE for this scenario.
