How to cleanup old homes and dbs that are in status "Deleting" forever?

ODA X7-2S baremetal

We have two 18.7 Standard Edition DBs on that machine. Soon we plan to upgrade to 19.x.

Before that I want to cleanup some older DBs and DBhomes that we never managed to delete.

There were some serious issues with those dbs that prevented us from upgrading them.

So we ended up doing a fresh install of the 18.5(i think) version and importet the data into it. Later we upgraded those new DBs them to 18.7.
