Is there a configuration setting that would hide the Excess credit option on the Benefits Enrollment

Our company does not use Benefit Credits and the enrollment statement still shows the Excess credit option on the Fluid Enrollment statement, this causes a lot of questions to come in to our benefits department from our new hires especially.  Is there some configuration setting where we could disable this from appearing on our enrollment statements?
