Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. is there another way i can get the catalog as the below site is failing to do offline patching on OEM 13.4

i also tried using proxy on the server its failing as well
