Vertex Install Error, anyone has any idea what this is?

I have installed the latest version of vertex 4.3.7 ,on a DB 12.2 64 bit client. the vertex seems fine when I click on the diagnostic, however when I go to do a interim calculation, it gives the following error

a) I have added the environment variable, and restarted the server.

only thing is, the DB is 12.2 64 bit
