Link between PA_PROJECT_ACCUM_HEADERS/PA_PROJECT_ACCUM_ACTUALS and GL tables

We are trying to add GL period and code combination id to view NOETIX_SYS.PA_CAPITAL_PROJECTS_SMRY. We have already identified the link between other pa tables being used (such as PA.PA_PROJECT_ASSETS_ALL and PA_TXN_ACCUM) and GL tables but somehow not able to find the link between  PA_PROJECT_ACCUM_HEADERS/PA_PROJECT_ACCUM_ACTUALS and GL tables when TASK_ID = 0 and RESOURCE_ID = 0

Need your expert advise.
