Change supplier registration notification

When Supplier user is registered in oracle it triggers a notification to user with user details, contact email and Password reset Link.

We have requirement to modify the content of Notification email and remove reset password link.

Message Name: POS_APPRV_REG_USER_NEW_TEXT

Message Text:

You have been registered at &ENTERPRISE_NAME for access to their supplier collaboration network. You can log in with the username &USERNAME.

In order to generate/reset your password, please click the below link and follow the instructions. This link is only available for &RESET_PWD_TIMEOUT minutes.
