Delete Invalid Acad Prog from Academic Program Table (ACAD_PROG from ACAD_PROG_TBL)

How can an invalid/incorrect entry just created be deleted from the ACAD_PROG TBL?  Attempting to delete using Correct History in the application via Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Program Table results in unable to save.
