Creating An Organization Hierarchy Generates ERROR Repeatedly

Hi All,

We faced below error during the creation of an organization hierarchy (while tried to Save the record after entering the Hierarchy Name).

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01400

We followed the NOTE 1588577.1.

The query given in the note, didn't select any row. So, we followed the step 'b' of the note. After the execution of the action plan under step 'b', the query again failed to fetch any record. But astonishingly, we got success in Saving the record after entering the Organization Hierarchy Name.

We moved further to enter the values in 'Version' block and again tried to Save the record. At this time, we again faced the same error (as faced earlier).
