API to update customer account for late charges

Hi Guru's

I need to enable many customer accounts for late charges and setup for receipt grace days, late charge types, type of interest and interest rate, etc. Which api can be used to achieve this. Can you share an api that has been written for this before?

Any assistance would be helpful.
