runInstaller and RDA

I ran runInstaller on an Linux unknown server to install a 19c database, and the pre-installation checks reported that I had an RPM missing: net-tools (with some version)

OK, I ran RDA against the same server, and he is stating I'm missing/lacking correct version of:

compat-libstdc++ not found

dtrace-modules not found

dtrace-modules-headers not found

dtrace-modules-provider-headers not found

dtrace-utils not found

libdtrace-ctf-devel not found

librdmacm-devel not found

What is weird is that both functionalities report missing packages, and none of them are reported by both.

Given the fact that the one from runInstaller is the default one, where the RDA one is optional, I have the idea that the check in runInstaller is not correct.

Howdy, Stranger!
