ACA Form BI Publisher Options - updated by SAMPLE?

We are currently testing PUM 35 and I noticed in our test environment the ACA Form BI Publisher Option page for calendar year 2019 now says it was updated by SAMPLE.  I looked in our demo environment and it says the same thing.  I wanted to verify this is what we should be seeing instead of updated by PS.
