Cannot register new PCs

I've been wrestling with 3 new PC installs for two weeks.

All Micros/Oracle support does is look at IE settings and blame my network or NEW PC.

Any advice to get these new PCs connected to Oracle Hospitality OPERA Property Cloud Service (Hosted) would be appreciated!

Here's where I'm at -

Unplug know-good Ethernet connection from old PC and plugged into new PC -

- Internet Explorer Tools/Options/Advanced/Security/TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 2.0 all checked

- Internet Explorer Tools/Options/Security/Trusted Sites/ t01opera.microsdc.us added + "Require https" = unchecked

- Firewall settings = allow ALL (nothing being blocked)

Going to mt01opera.microsdc.us gives Error Code: INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE - Going to either 65.221.28.32 or 65.221.28.32/InstallRegTerm.exe gives Error Code: DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_CN_INVALID
