Attachment files are not getting stored properly having Japanese character in the name

Hi All,

We are using SIEBEL IP2015, having the following issue.

if the attachment files are having Japanese characters in the name ex. テスト.txt  then SAF files are not getting stores/generated at the NFS FS of the server.

After searching the file in FS I could not find a respective file

We would like to know if any parameter to be changed to make Application/Server feasible for storing such files?

current LANG parameter value in Linux is: en_GB
