Capturing Maternity/long term sick colleagues

Hi,

We use the ‘home’ pay point to record colleagues who are out of the business on maternity leave or on long term sick.

We then run a concurrent programme to print the pay slips for these colleagues so we can send them at the home address.

However, as we use Pay Point field to record Team/Sub Team information, having "Home" as pay point impacts our MI reports on colleagues data.

Could you please share how you record maternity/long term sick colleagues for printing payslip purposes?
