From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol - New war deployed

Hi

I have setup forms 12C environment newly. We have a deployment which is used to plot the data. The war file is a working one which we deployed in 11g and working fine. After deploying in weblogic, I am getting the

"Error 404 - not found, From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1, 10.4.5 404 Not Found".

We checked that war is fine and deployment is also good. But the error means the request did not even go through. Please help me if I am missing something here.
