Duplicate invoices appearing in receipt entry for some Sale Orders

Dear All, Recently user reported that there are some Duplicate invoices appearing in receipt entry program for some Sale Orders, can anyone please tell us what could be the reason behind it. is this problem related to user, he did something or system itself? Thanks, Agha
