What is the age limit flag used for in Health Benefits?

We have Base Benefits and noticed a Age Limit Flg on the HEALTH_BENEFITS1 page.    It is always Y for a child.   I was looking into PeopleBooks to see if this can be used for watching for ageing out of children for employees.   But it looks like it is always set on the child to Y so I think it is more of just that they have an age limit not for monitoring ageing out at 26.   The Peoplebooks do not describe what this field is used for so was just looking for more information.

If it is only that these dependents have an age limit is there anything in Base Benefits that reports on dependents that are ageing out at 26?
