Announcing the Release of Enterprise Manager Connectors 13.2.2.0.0 & 13.2.3.0.0

We are pleased to announce the release of Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Connectors 13.2.2.0.0 & 13.2.3.0.0.

This release includes:

•     Support for HTTPS connection between the CA Service Desk Adapter and CA Service Desk server
•     Unique session for each CA Service Desk ticket creation
•     Fixes for CVE security vulnerabilities

Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Connectors 13.2.2.0.0 & 13.2.3.0.0 is certified with both EM 13.3 & EM 13.4.

ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, and BMC Remedy Service Desk 12.1.x connectors are fully certified and compatible with EM 13.3 & EM 13.4.
