Billing-Time discount and System aggregators

Community hi,

I'm in BRM7.5 PS22 and i'm trying to apply a billing time discount  on a counter (total usage) that is defined as a System Discount.

Though the counter is increasing with every processed CDR, when running billing, it fails, so no Bill object is generated and of course no discount is applied.

Does anyone has/had similar issue?
