Siebel Modular Deployment Engine for IP20.8

Hi All,

We are planning to upgrade from IP14 to IP20.8. We saw from document that Oracle has introduce a new and powerful feature called Siebel Modular Deployment Engine. With this we don't need to apply the upgrade to base version of IP17 and no need of siebel image creator. Its going to be single session installation. Could you please help me, how can we use this feature and where can we get the installable for Siebel Modular Deployment Engine.
