Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Order Management - EBS (MOSC)

Awaiting Invoice Interface-On Hold

Sales Order line is stuck in Awaiting Invoice Interface-On Hold although it is interfaced in shipping transaction form

and there is no credit check on customer level

I had to manually release hold and progress workflow but if there are any charges applied on shipping it disappeared

Any Reasons for this Case?
