Waiver and Third Party

Hello Dear community,

I have a scenario where the student is applied for a discount and after that we must assign a third-party contract, but on the balance amount.

Ex:

Tuition Fee: 4500

Waiver: 4000

Balance: 1400

third-party contract 12.5%

The contract must applied 175 and then the balance will be 1225. How could I do that, it is taking the whole amount of the tuition fee

How could I fix this?
