BC Code 2 with No Base Price Setup

Hi,

I have 3 price adjustments 1st with BC code 1, 2nd with BC code 1 & 3rd with BC code 2, All are having Apply on Override Price turned ON . There is no Base price setup.

After order entry, when I am checking price history, it is just resolving first 2 adjustments and not 3rd.

When I entered unit price and then  entered order, then it is resolving all 3 adjustments.

Can you please help me to resolve all 3 adjustments when there is no Base price in system.
