Best practice for secure wipe of shared storage?

Exadata X6-2 running Image version: 18.1.13.0.0.190210

We will be performing an elastic upgrade to our X6-2, replacing the storage cells with X8-2 HC storage cells.  A data migration is not necessary, we just need to wipe the existing cells prior to remove and replace.

What is the best way to wipe the storage cells (and nothing else) based on the image version that we are running?
