Acces Denied with a complex pasword in JDE after upgrading tools

Hi,

After upgrading the tools release jd edwards from 9.1.x.x to 9.2.2.2 , when trying to login to JDE with a complex password that contain a spécial caracters  ,the system display that the user or password is incorrect

Any one can resolve this problem please !!
