Can I use assign same Siebel File System folder for use with two different Siebel environment ex. ST

In order to ease in switching between active and in-active nodes periodically, we are trying to use ONE file system. Is there any constraint in doing so?

When building the 2nd node (environment) and using the same FS folder, the Enterprise configuration wizard is failing - however, no errors being logged in cfgtool.log
