Requirement: OTL Costs to not Transferred to Projects

Dear experts,

My customer is running on eBS R12 having among others OTL and Project Costing implemented and uses OTL to capture time cards with projects and tasks. However, there is a requirement to exclude OTL costs from transferring to Projects.

Is it as simple as to not run the “PRC: Transaction Import” with “Oracle Time and Labor” transaction source"?

What are the possible options / alternatives to achieve above requirement?
