Error invoking service 'ISS Promotion Management Service', method 'FilterListByActiveDoc' at step 'F

Hi All,

In our Siebel CRM Environment we are getting below error when initiating a Suspend order for a promotion based asset. After few minutes only promotion product will get load to line items and root products which are associated to the this promotion was not updated to line items. Seek your superficial knowledge to get solve this issue as early as possible.

WF: SIS OM Suspend / Resume Products & Services Process

Search Specification was mentioned under the WF Step Filter by Active Doc :  '[Root Account Id] = ' + '"' + [&Root Account Id] +'"'

Asset Field Mappings - Root Integration Id=Asset Integration Id,Root Product Id=Related Product Id
