HI, Does anyone can confirm what patch is required for JUL CPU 2020 on GG 19.1 provisioned from OCI

I am trying to find JULCPU 2020 patch for GG provisioned from Marketplace vai OCI console.

My Source and target DB are 12C so I've downloaded : Patch 31456597

when Applying it says patch is not needed :

/u01/app/ogg/oracle19/OPatch/opatch apply -report  -oh /u01/app/ogg/oracle19
